Welcome to the hotel "Ambassador"!

The hotel "Ambassador" received its first group of pilgrims over 20 years ago, and is to this day run by the same family, which expanded it and made it the success it is today. The owners of this quiet hotel are spouses Jasna and Krunoslav Vasilj and they manage the hotel as a family business together with their four children.

Aside from being Krunoslav's official title, the name "Ambassador" represent Peace, Hope, and Faith, as the village of Medjugorje must act as an ambassador of all three to the world. Krunoslav was ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina for approximately 15 years. Alongside his family, he has lived in numerous countries across three continents, immersing himself if diverse cultures. Evidence of that can be found in the languages that will welcome you upon arrival in our hotel: English, Italian, German, French, Spanish and Arabic - you will feel right at home.
